We were looking at buying a rental property and we had very little experience with either buying or owning a rental property. We started by scouring the local ads and the internet for condo style properties. We found a couple of condos that were in our price range, and one happened to be listed by Mike de Jonge. We called Mike to have a look. Having had some poor realty experiences in the past, we were very apprehensive.  However, Mike was very accommodating and helpful in assisting us in choosing a good rental property. He was very down to earth and genuine. And, even though we could tell he was a busy guy, he never once made us feel as though we were a burden or putting him out. He made us feel as though we were his top priority, and went out of his way on countless occasions to assist us. He even went to great lengths to find us good information on rental properties, and pointed us in the right directions. We feel Mike provided more than just a good realty experience, he provided additional guidance and information that continue to help us in our goals. We would highly recommend Mike for any realty assistance.
