A couple of years ago, we were thrust into a move from North Vancouver to Calgary.  We were lucky enough to be referred to Mike de Jonge for our real estate needs.  As our time lines were very short, things needed to move quickly.  Mike easily understood our needs, and within a short time span, we found the home that we needed.  We made a couple of short trips to Calgary, in which Mike was able to fit in as many showings as possible, according to our schedules.  He had previously eMailed listings to us, so that we could decide which houses we wanted to see.  The transactions of our purchase could have been very difficult, since we were not in Calgary; however, Mike personally took care of our offer, while we were in North Vancouver.  Mike also took care of our inspection, and arranged a lawyer for us.  The whole process was relatively easy due to Mike’s help.  Mike’s excellent assessment of customer needs, his attention to detail, and commitment to his clients put him a step above the rest. We will definitely be coming back to Mike for any future real estate needs…Thank you Mike!!!!
