We always knew what was happening and what was coming next - even though we brought an interesting dynamic to challenge him, with Jeff being a first time buyer and me having bought and sold several houses over the years. Mike goes the extra mile! When he was selling our condo, he even drove out to pick up another potential buyer from her home at the last minute so we would have competing offers! He also found the right people for us to talk to in regard to questions we had about vacant land near our new home.
