I recently used Mike’s services to help me re-locate within my neighbourhood in September/October 2008. Mike really impressed me with his energetic and efficient service. He helped me to both sell my existing house and find me a new home that really met my needs.  

He was able to sell my house in five days while I was on vacation. He turned around and then found me my new home in less than a week. He was very well prepared and made sure that all of my requirements in a new house were found. He really ensured that all of my questions were answered and followed through on everything, all the way up to possession of my new home. I would definitely use Mike again for my real estate needs.
