My wife and I had been thinking about eventually “downsizing” and talking about the Calgary condo market for several months, but not really seriously. I had been doing a little homework over the past year or so and keeping an eye on the market myself. Well, we found “the place” for us after two separate visits to a particular condo and quickly set the wheels in motion to put an offer together with Mike’s able assistance. He was a fantastic representative in the negotiating process (he really understands the market place) and managed to help us settle on a price even lower than we thought we could achieve. He helped us get in touch with a great Condo consultant and within a week of making the conditional offer, we able to waive all of the conditions and go ahead with the final purchase.
