In today's environment, where customer service is almost non-existent, Mike was extremely professional and very responsive throughout the process whether it was in answering our questions or dealing with the offer and the negotiations. He was very thorough when listing our property and provided us with very sound, accurate market advice - which is no easy feat in today's moving market.
