Recommendation for Mike de Jonge - Spring 2011

We had been looking for a new home on and off for almost six years. Often, I had read recommendations about Mike from co-workers but was hesitant to use someone connected to employment as I work with a relative of his. Late last December we decided to change things up and give it a go. We set up a meeting with Mike and from the moment we spoke instantly liked him. He is very positive, personable and particular. Mike sat down with us and took the time to explain things that one would think after years of looking we would be aware of. He was very organized, had done his homework and laid out a plan. Mike immediately booked a day of appointments for us to view current properties based on our wish list, and it was long. It wasn't two weeks and we were placing an offer on what we now call home, we couldn't believe how fast things moved.

When it came to listing our property Mike was again, organized and prepared, his photos and write up very professional and in just one week negotiated a fair sale.

I would recommend Mike in a heart beat, his level of service is outstanding and he truly cares about the families he works with. He even went the extra mile by arranging for a contractor to gain access to our new home prior to possession and since we were away on vacation, he stayed while the work was being completed!

This was our first move in 22 years and it truly was a "Moving Experience" for our family. We love our new home and sincerely believe that without Mike, we would still be looking.
