After analyzing the data, I feel I have a good sense of the value of the units and the differential between the 1 & 2 bedroom units - looks to be about 20-22,000. . I also very much appreciated the effort to get the deal done as quickly as we did to meet the month end deadline. The extra day really helped as well, and I was able to recover my full damage deposit.
I was very disappointed with the first Realtor®® I was working with. He seemed to be more interested in picking up both ends of the commission for a particular listing he had than helping me to find a unit I would be comfortable with and at a good price
