When we were considering a realtor to help us sell our condo we got some advice that went something like “Watch out if you choose a realtor, you pay a lot of money to someone for simply hanging a ‘For Sale’ sign.” I’m here to tell you that Mike de Jonge didn’t even do that!  What Mike did do was meet with my wife and I, listen to our ideas for selling and purchasing a home, and mapped out a plan that met our needs.

Within one month of listing our condo, we had sold for an amount that exceeded our expectations and found the house of our dreams to purchase. And it all happened thanks to Mike’s professionalism, knowledge of the marketplace and most importantly his ability to listen to and work with us. Not to mention the whole experience was a lot of fun due to Mike’s sense of humor and good cheer – I can’t imagine why people stress out over this stuff! We would give Mike our highest recommendation to anyone considering a realtor, and wouldn’t consider anyone else for buying or selling our next home without talking to Mike first.
