Taking people at face value is at best a show of trust and confidence. And at worst, a recipe for disaster. If you’re talking to a window cleaner or a landscaping company the likelihood is, with respect to those who perform those functions, that there will be no great consequence. But if you hire and entrust a real estate professional to coordinate the sale of your biggest financial investment. . . if you choose poorly, the results can be catastrophic. You're Only As Good As Your Last Performance
Ashley Weighill & Danny Campbell: Upon deciding to sell our first home we were a little apprehensive about the entire process and finding a REALTOR® that would be a good fit for us because there are so many out there.
